    3. I wish to add my 'amen' to this. We have always known that my Hannah Elizabeth Harris was part Cherokee. I have looked for her family and still hope to find them here in this posting. I am also re-subscribing to other family name letters where we know there is Cherokee, in hopes that ihey too will have such a posting. Great grandmother Watson died on the "Trail of Tears", great grandma Harper didn't. muchas gracias, joe -------------------------------------------------------------- Hi listers, I wanted to put my two cents in about the recent posts that have filled our mail boxes.. I want to thank the two people who have recently posted a very large amount of info. My Harris family is my brick wall and though I haven't found what I need so far I am thrilled to see such a large amount of Harris info being posted. I plan on saving most of it and perhaps when I find my Harris link it is possible that allot of this will be vital to my research, If not perhaps I will be able to pass it on to some one some day. The research I have done on many of my family lines have been successful because of this kind of generosity. Thanks for sharing I appreciate it very much.
