For the benefit of our new listers, I am posting my Harris brick wall again: HARRIS, Josiah, b. 1/29/1813 Estill Co, KY; d. 8/20/1883 Salem, Richardson Co, NE (per his headstone at Maple Cemetery, Salem, NE); m. TIPTON, Sarah J. 9/28/1835 Estill Co, KY (Sarah b. 10/17/1811 Estill Co, KY; d. 8/30/1886 Salem, Richardson Co, NE...per her headstone). Children of this marriage (all born Estill Co, KY): John H., b. 8/15/1836 (m. Margaret Elizabeth Stansberry) James, b. 1838 (m. Huddy Unknown) William J., b. 1840 (m. Susan Unknown) Thomas Jefferson, b. 1842 (m. Lucy Unknown) Susan, b. 1844 Lewis F., b. 1846 (m. Sarah Unknown) And twins, Mary E. and Sarah F., b. 1849 I have been told (but, have no documentation), that Josiah is the s/o William HARRIS and Anna OLDHAM. Certainly would appreciate any proof anyone has that shows Josiah as their son. I have lots of documentation of this line, but no one lists him in the descendants. Lois in Auburn, CA
