1640 Sir Alexander M'Culloch succeeded to a few burdened acres. At some period after 1625, Charles I made Alexander a Baronet of Nova Scotia. Marriages and children Married to Anna Ferguson 1625-1648/, with Godfrey 1640-1697 John McCullough 1644 McCulloch had Godfrey b 1640 and John b 1644. Godfrey m. Agnes Kennedy and had a John bn 1682, and John (b 1644) m. Katherine Ross and had a son John between 1679-1682. Godrey was beheaded. I'm from Johns line to NJ.
