Al, James Harris born 1640 in Boston, MA was a relative of mine on my father sde of the family. He had 13 children: mary born 2/3/1673/74 Sarah 3/2/1668 baptisted 8/12/1683 in the Old Soth Church, Boston, MA Mary born 6/1669 died 9/25/1670 Deborah 7/1670 baptisted 8/12/1683 James 4/4/1673 Margaret 1/16/1674 Mary 2/3/1677 died 1683 Elizabeth 6/1668 Asa 11/10/1680 Hannah 4/22/1682 Ephraim 7/11/1684 Mary 10/11/1686 Ephraim 7/11/1688 died 1710. What info do you have on Margaret as the information I had was that she died as an infant. For information on the family see if you can get ahold of a copy of the book History of Kings County by Eaton. This is a history of Kings County Nova Scotia where a portion of the family moved to arount 1760. Jamess father appears to be John Harris who was born in England and came to MA in 1634 aboard the Christian. Let me know what info you have and we can see what we have together.
