It is here with their permission. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001 William Harr Funeral servicees for William "Bill" Harr will be conducted on Saturday at 8 p.m. in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Zimmerman officiaitng. Committal services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. at Harr Family Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Jim Long, Charles Long, Sam Anderson, Doug Ray and members of Faith Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6-8 p.m. prior to the service. Mr. Harr, 88, of Bristol, Tenn., went home to be with the Lord at 5:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2001, at Wellmont Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 6, 1913, and lived most of his life in the Blountville area. He was a former employee of CJ Long's nursery and also worked briefly at Massengills. He attended Faith Baptist Church in Bristol. Survivors include: wife, Eva K. Harr; daughters, Ann Arnold and Nancy Harrington; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Bud Harr. Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
