Greetings Listers, I am searching for information on the Father of my great-great grandfather, Frances Marion Harr. According to his obit, he was born 9/30/1884 in Logan County and was the son of John R. Harr and Sarah Williams. The only information I can find are probate records giving guardianship of Frances and his sister to their uncle in 1890. Their mother married in 1900 to Charles Dicus.
