As we all know, there has been a bone of contention concerning Benjamin Harper and his wife Charlotte Hiett. No one really knows for sure (or has shown documentation at any rate) when he was born or died, when she was born or died (though I have a feeling someone posted her info once), or when they got married. Frankly, I'm tired of being yelled at for posting 'incorrect information'. I find it impolite to act like a know-it-all. I find it atrocious that said know-it-all isn't sharing information unless she is provoked. I find it insulting that said know-it-all went out of her way to get my ancestors new headstones without asking the rest of the descendents how they felt about it. So this will be my last post to this mailing list with what I personally know about my family tree. I haven't updated it to show Thomas Harper's other marriage since I feel that they really aren't important to my descendency at this time.
