I amlooking for information on William A. Harpers in hope I can find one that will lead me to My g-g-grandfather Jeremiah Vardeman Harper who was born in 1811. My g-uncle William A. Harper said there was a William A. in the family as far back as he could remember. But he never told us where they were from. I assume Jeremiah had a brother William A. as he named a son William A. and then there was my g-uncle.
