Here is what I have so far: Allen was born about 1775 in VA, died 6 May 1829 in Morgan County. He married Lucy Smith 28 Feb 1801 in Greene County. Lucy was the daughter of ? Smith and Sarah Jenkins. Allen was in Greene County by 1797 when he appeared in the Robert Harper district in the tax digest. I show that they had ten children. I do not have anything on his parents. Tricia
