War Mother's Rites to Have Been Today Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at 2 from the Gordon Barnes funeral home for Mrs. Hannah Harper, 102, who died Sunday night of pneumonia. Rev. W. A. Steele, pastor of the Memorial church, was to officiate, and interment to be made in Memorial Park cemetery. In response to a call issued by Mrs, A. B. Ellis, superintendent of the Tulsa East Side sanitarium, Tulsans contributed to the fund for the funeral, thereby preventing a mother of veterans of wars of our country from being buried in the potter's field. The fund had been raised to $75 today by a $5 contribution from C. B. Smith, 104 N. Madison Av. The Tulsa Tribune was an evening paper in Tulsa and would have gone to press prior to the funeral.
