Hello, The deed Patrick mentioned is from Rowan County Records. The deed is hard to read on the microfilm, but on the computer if you enlarge it, things are better. The last page is partly a repeat of the 2nd, but I couldn't get all of the information within the area to copy on a single page. I can send this deed off line, but it is a big file. As the deed mentions ...of Cabarrus county, maybe the Rowan courthouse was most convenient for all who came and therefore we are without all signatures.
