Sterbfritz is northeast of Frankfurt about 50 kilometers. No I can't convert km to miles. There is a main road that goes that way. It is to the east of that road. Seems like someone has been there but I am relying on memory - not fact from my notes: LDS records by Richard Turk Port Lavaca Tx. state that Martin Herche / Harkey was born in Sterbfritz Hessen-Nassau Preussen Germany in 1744 and that his father was Johannes Herche b. July 12, 1708 and that his father was Conrad Herche, no wife listed and that Conrad's parents were Melchior Herche and Margaretha Weigand b 1635 in Sterbfritz Hessen-Nassau Preussen Germany.
