There is a Sumner Co. in Kansas (and in lots of other states), but no Sumner Co. in Missouri. DeLean, if you are reading this, could you clarify? Alma, It's been awhile since I've researched this line. I have recently learned of a new HARKEY cousin and am trying to get my information straightened out not only for myself but her.
