Thank of you for your attention. However, I am embarassed to say that at this juncture I have precious little else to offer. I would have thrown my students out the door if they came to me so ill prepared. As the Native people say "A duck may find himself flat-footed stuck to the ice all winter if he pays no attention to the direction of yesterdays flight". I think I am stuck to the ice for now.
