Hello All, I am new to this. So, maybe somebody on the list could help me out a little. It is my understanding that my great grandfather was a Robert Harkey from Arkansas. I do not know for sure what county. I remember long ago in crockett County Texas my grandfather, John Harkey, that the family had originally come from North Carolina and settled in Arkansas early 18 hundreds. I have found a Robert Harkey in Pope Co. Ark. in the family of a Daniel Harkey. Does anyone have access to 1850/1860/1870 census that might show the names of the family members of this Daniel.
