For some time I had been worried about Tom because his address bounced off the list. I finally put a letter into the mail last week. His wife Sharon phoned me just now. On October 16, 2001 Tom died suddenly and totally unexpectedly. He was 58 years old. They had been married over 32 years. Sharon said she had been unable to notify any of his friends because of not knowing who he wrote to and she has also had trouble getting AOL to give his password. Tom had been with the Harkey list from the very beginning and maybe even before. He was one of my favorite people and I am devastated at his loss.
