Concord is the county seat of Cabarrus Co., which was formed from Mecklenburg Co. in 1792. My 3gr-grandfather, Daniel David HARKEY, is on page 93. Question: Who is LOUIS HERCHES / HERDES / HARTIS, with wife ELIZABETH and son MARTIN b 27 Feb 1797.
