    3. Hi It's me again----I do have John as the first son of Martin and Catherine Barringer and John married to an Elizabeth. The information I didn't have was John with an middle initial V. and Elizabeth's last name. I hope that We can hear more from Betty Jo Beck. John did also have a son John that we know nothing about. If you want to see earlier Herche go to an LDS FHC and punch up Johannes Herche on their computer. It seems that some people by the last name of Turk- that were living in Texas when they submitted the line had three more generations back from Johannes. They listed Sterbfritz Hessen-nassau -preussen Germany. They say that Johannes Herche's father was Conrad. No wife listed and they give his father and mothers name. They say they originally came from St Galen Switzerland. I will continue this--my server is giving me problems.
