List members--the list has been so inactive that I would ask that each of you please post something about your Line. Those of us with a Harkey father or Mother to say something about them or is grandpa/grandma was the first Harkey then say something about them. I have not been notified of any new members but just in case there are I would like to know. My father was "Tar Baby" Harkey . He gambled and played PeePie around the doorsill when he got drunk. He was a good loving father and he stayed married to the same woman for 46 years. He had more friends than he did enemies. He was born James Cleason Harkey in Bellville Yell Co. Ar. in 1892.
