MO, my HARKEYs were never in Arkansas! So I'll do my ROARKs and call it a day. It seems like a worthwhile undertaking if the Arkansas project actually has the space and the wherewithall to file the family sheets in a useful, retrievable form. About preventing redundant submissions-- Perhaps the person who fills out the father/mother/children form could send it also as a "cc" to the HARKEY list. That would (1) save others the trouble of doing it and (2) allow the others to check it for any errors or discrepancies and perhaps to correct their own information.
