We have a descendant of Thomas G. and Sam Harkey writing to me. She wants to know more about her Harkey ancestors. Thomas G. Harkey was a son of William Jacob Harkey and Nancy Smith. of San Saba TX. I think other descendants of this line may be on this list. I have only an 1861 birthdate for Thomas G. Harkey and no date for Sam. Sam Harkey must have been born in the 1880's???
