William Moses Walters. Lucy was born March 17, 1860. Census state that Lucy was born in Illinois, her father in Germany and mother in North Carolina. I am searching for her parents names and any other info. I believe her father was named John, but that is word of mouth. Lucy and William were buried in Gooch Cemetery in Mason Co. TX. They were in Texas by 1886 if not earlier as their oldest child was born there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
