Hi Bob, Hope all are well and doing fine..including Carol. From reading your letter of the 16th...it sounds as if Carol doesn't have a husband around to do those things that you did for her...as my father did for me when I had none. At least, you are of that generation that KNOWS how to do what you know how to do. The generations that are coming up have very little common sence, much less knowledge of anything to do in life, but play. Now how many of the five grandkids are Carol's? >From the letter I also got that you are over 50 years of age...a 50th wedding anniversary!! I'm going on 20 years...but this is also my third try at marriage...and last...finally got it right! Jason is his son...and Tina is by my first. She has the boy Michael, that is in the picture, and now we have baby Jessica. She is 9months and weights 24lbs. John is self employed...had a hardware store, which Tina has taken control of, and he erects steel buildings. Jason is 18 and works with John and does pole barns also. In fact...Tina closed the store to go help him with a small shed which they built within 3 hours. She is as capable as any man. I, on the other hand, am not strong enough anymore to do such things. In days gone by, I helped John to build three of the houses that we have lived in. Five years ago I developed Rhymatoid arthrities and Fibromyalgia, and had to give up a job as a rural mail carrier. It took me more than half a year to get back on my feet...literally. I could not go back into my craft because I couldn't handle my bundles of mail...much less all the parcels that I would have to load into my car. And get this...I had only one more month to go to reach the 10year point!!! So, now I am on disability and S.S. Now I watch Jessica in the mornings and try to keep house and yard in the afternoons. Then when I am all done with my chores...I log on, only to soon have to get dinner and clean up afterwards....I need to go back to work...maybe then I could get a break??!!! I sent a card and the same chart that I sent to you to Elizabeth, but haven't heard back from her as yet. I hope that she is alright and capable to get around. Oran even sent a note to me that I should get in touch with her...so she much be the right person. In that note that you sent to me...on Thomas Harding...I think that there is some material on him in the booklets that I got from HHH. I have only been a member for a year and half. Also received two years ago booklets. I will gather what I find and get it off to you ASAP, OK?? See...its 4pm and I must get dinner started for my hungry crew!!! Till then.........Dee
