Dear Jen, I read your E-mail with much interest. My Mother's Grandfather Patrick Hanley came over to the USA when he was about two years old in about 1846/47 with his parenrs, Martin Hanley and Ellen (Igo), They definitely came from Roscommon. I know very little about the Hanleys prior to my Great-Grandfather who settled in LaSalle, Illinois. I will definitely check out your website. I send my greetings to you from around the world Patrick
