    2. Carol, Back in the early 80s, I was exchanging letters with Frances, Mary's sister. At the time, I sent her my line of descent from John Handley who married Mary Harrison. At the time, she did not believe that I could be descended from John Handley, so I sent her detailed proof of the lineage, including a lot of the information which I now see appears in the paper that she and Mary wrote. She wrote back, that she had never seen this information before, and did not know how she missed it when she went to the Clerk's Office in Monroe County, W VA. My point is that some of the information she wrote in the paper, was information that I gave her back then, from the research I had done, and appears to have been carried over to the paper incorrectly. I will go through my file and get back to you later with some corrections, sighting the sources.
