there was a constantine handley the son of samuel handley, my 2nd gr. grandfather b.1808 in monroe county that married mary roach nov. 23, 1830 in monroe. they had a son named augustus. you've been looking on the wrong side of the river. samuel is buried in the handley cem. on sleepy hollow golf course next to #1 fairway in teays wv. go to rootsweb.com/usgenweb, then select wv and type putnam for the county and you can access the cemeytery record. bill better known as wild bill and assorted un-mentionabe names
