Who do think this 3rd brother mite be?? I am told Samuel Handley, 1751, was the only one of the West Va./PA who went south NC/TN to live, I dought that! Living east tenn, old washington Co. all during the same time frame were: Samuel, James, William, John and a William & Thomas Handley's. on one is going to tell me these Handley are not related.? As far as I know none of these has turned out to belong to Mark Handley, family? I have a William and John in there some place, but I keep running into these West VA., Handley's who say only Samuel went south. The other question I have is Samuel Handley, Jr. Capt. capture by the Indians. Someone has presumed this to be the son of Samuel Sr. Because both are listed in the Rev War together? The brith date I have on Samuel Jr. he would be to young to fight in the Rev. War.??? If any of you have any better information than I do, please let me know. Ellie "Wesley E.
