Thanks Diane, All Rootsweb lists have the same instructions. To sub to the list just send a message to LISTNAME-L-Request@rootsweb.com with 'subscribe' in the 'subject' part and 'subscribe' in the message part. Try to remember to leave off any signature lines you have. That's it. To unsub, just use the same listname with 'unsubscribe' instead of 'subscribe'. So, for the Handcart list the address would be HANDCART-L-REQUEST@ROOTSWEB.COM If any of you prefer the digest mode, then just send the message to Handcart-D instead of Handcart-L (also the same for any rootsweb list).
