    3. Just a thought here.....fair use on copywrites means you are able to 'copy' 10% of a work, a 'name' from a work, etc., and not violate any copywrite laws. I think that what we have done on lookups for the group is well within these parameters. With the vast amount of data on the cd, most of you are only receiving 3 or 4 pages of data. Much, much less than 10%. If all of you that care about this would just contact Ancestry.com on their e-mail and express your concerns about this no longer being available for purchase, it might help. I will do that too. Even those of us who have this product could express our help this way. I will call around and see if I can locate any more copies. Last I heard was that Weber State University still had some copies.
