I have had great success getting territorial records from the Utah State Archives 801-538-3012 They found my gggrandfathers intent to become a US Citizen and sent me copies. Had them check my other gggrandfathers arrest and imprisonment for polygomy. They gave me the film # that this summons etc. was recorded on at the Family History Library. Give them a try may have what you need. "There's a mighty big difference between good, sound facts and facts that sound good."
