As you know, the 1880 Soundex to the U.S. census includes ONLY those households with children age 10 or younger. So this means we can look for those families that were not Soundexed. The new 1880 census with ALL names has been released. It consists of a set of about 53 CDs which cover the entire US. The cost is $49.00 (US). It is both a national index plus the actual census entries as extracted. It doesn't contain images, but contains all the data.
