This will take you to the order form at FamilyTreeDNA.com. You will then fill out the form with a name and address. If you want the Test Kit sent to you and you in turn give it to your cousin, put in his name and in the first line of the address to c/o Ruth and then your address on the next two lines. If you want it sent to him put his name and address. Put all the email addresses that you wish to be alerted with any news about your DNA sample, separated by a comma. We suggest that you choose the 25 marker Y-DNAplus test which is the second choice in the dropdown window of DNA tests. If you choose the 12 marker, Y-DNA test you can upgrade at a later date if desired. You may pay via credit card or request an invoice that will be included with the Test Kit. In the latter case, a check would be included when the Test Kit is returned to the company.
