Hello Hancocks: I have been reading this list for months and haven't seen any Hancocks above the Mason-Dixon line. I am descended from a Benjamin Hancock that I believe was from New England and who married Lucretia Proctor (both b. 1780s). I believe Benjamin was son of Asa Hancock and Abigail Shepardson, but no proof of that yet. Does anyone have a connection? I'd like to hear from any who connect to this line. Thanks in advance. Chuck
