Hello, all, I have been waiting for the crucial brain scan on the baby to see if she is improving, and they only do it on Thursday with the results on Friday, and I am very happy to say that Little Alexandra is improving. The hemorrhaging has stopped, but there is still some blood in the brain that must be absorbed (or removed). She is off the feeding IV and digesting her food, her lungs are well inflated and Mom is able to hold her, (which she does for hours everyday). Her weigh is up to a hefty, 2 lbs. 13 oz. And she has the most black hair that I have ever seen. It is over 1/2" long and very thick. Thanks to all of your for your prayers and well wishes. I am sure that they made a difference, as last week she was so sick. My Mom is much better, too, and walking and talking now, although, I have to make her get out of bed, or she would stay there forever. My husband, George had two surgeries last week and is doing great, so I have no complaints and am feel so fortunate to have such wonderful family and friends. Hope all is well with all of you, and Thanks again for your caring. Love, Julia
