Hancock, age 79, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Haller in Evansville, yesterday afternoon, following a long illness. Besides Mrs. Haller, he is survived by two other daughters, Pearl Gaesser of Newtonville and Lena Hancock of Evansville; two sisters, Elizabeth Lloyd of Richland and Velvia Sharp of Evansville; two grandsons and a granddaughter. Funeral services will be held in Evansville and continued at the New Hope Baptist Church at Newtonville tomorrow afternoon, with interment in the church cemetery. James
