Casey: I've looked over the book and there are quite a few pages that discuss the family in general and Stephan in particular. I thought about scanning them and then forwarding a file but that's just too time consuming. If you'll give me your mailing address I'll try and get them copied and forwarded to you. I think I know what you're looking for and will do my best to include what I feel you want. There may be some overlap with what you already have but too much information is not a real problem when you're doing research.
