Bill, In my case I found in checking with them and I finally was sent a copy of the disk (at no charge) that a publication several years before (Everton's " Genealogical Helper" ) had sold all their info to Family Tree Maker. At that time I had sent a query about a 'Ruffus" and later found it to be incorrect. Now the whole genealogical commmunity has a wrong name and I cannot change it. I'll stick to Rootsweb where I can change what I want to and let what I want to be seen into the Genealogical community.
