Hello-- In case you don't subscribe to 'Somebody's Links' I read this today: In an antique mall in Falls Church, Virginia, I found the following pictures with names. If any of these pictures interest you, contact me and I will give you the particulars. They ranged in price from $1 to $5. -- HANCOCK, Uncle Fred, man with a beard about age 25; Photographer MONTIGRAM, Bridgeport, Connecticut Joyce Brown jebrown@ecity.net I recently purchased four tintypes in Northern Virginia. 1. Katie and Albert HANCOCK, young couple in swimwear, early 1900s. Photographer CULLEN's, Colonial Beach, Virginia. 2. In with this tintype is a studio portrait of a young couple who could very well be the HANCOCKs, possibly their wedding picture. 3. A. L. HANCOCK, circa 1900, D. C. Fireman -- poor shape. 4. Young woman in marvelous hat; does not look like Katie HANCOCK, but is in similar folder. I paid $5 each for these, and would like to be reimbursed by anyone interested if possible. Hi Beth...and Julia, These are not my Hancocks, but I would be willing to buy these photos and have them sent to Julia so she can post them on the Hancock Project site for all of us to see. Then if a descendant comes along, the pictures will be there for him/her/them. Is 'Somebody's Links' a rootsweb list ?
