Hi Malinda, Thanks for the information. I believe they a possible key to locating him after VA is connevted to the Arledge family and possibly the Featherstone family. Some Arledges were in Madison County, AL and they may have migrated about the same time to AL. Ann Hancock, wife of Clement is buried in the Arledge and Jones Cemetery in Houston Co Texas. Which Ann Hancock...wife of which Clement is buried in Houston Co TX ? There was an inventory done of the estate of my Antheny Hancock in 1762, Sussex Co VA.
