Are you descended from Joel Hancock and his 1st., wife Elizabeth's son Upton Hancock (md. Emily F. Finley)? I am descended from Unity Hancock (md., Judkins Hunt, Jr.), she is believed to be the sister of Joel. She was b. 1781; d. 1850, Fayette Co., GA. Joel and Unity Hancock's parents appear to be Clement Hancock, Jr. and Mary Renfore, Wilkinson Co., GA.
