Your input will be valued. South Carolina is one of the worst places to research, because of the lack of records. There were other Hancocks in SC, but not mine, so I am not familiar with the lines. Perhaps someone from one of them will be able to help you to connect or to let you know which ones do not connect to you. The DNA test will, definitely, prove whether you are, or are not from the William of England line. We call that line, Chart #1 because of the Hancock Project that we began years ago and have posted on the Internet.
