    3. Looking to ascertain the death and burial location of John D. Hancock. John is said to have died in Patrick County at the house of his son Benjamin. Some further refined the location of Benjamin's house to be in Patrick Springs. Several burial locations are also given for John, as shown in available information on RootsWeb (and elsewhere); e.g. "Patrick Springs", "NW of Patrick Springs", and "on the NE slope of Bull Mountain in Patrick County". With my limited knowledge of that area, it is possible to think that the three separately identified burial locations are all for the same physical location. Does anyone have an understanding that might substantiate, or repudiate, any of the above information. Thank you, -Tom Melton --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
