I thought I had seen somewhere that their bible records were used when Nancy applied for her widows pension, but I've not managed find that article again. If Nancy had used it then (the 1840's), the bible would probably have been left in the hands of our Tennessee Corn & Sharp cousins. Anyway, I'm glad you also have some recollection and hopeful that further information may be available.
