My name Alan Jeffrey. I am looking for the Ancestry of Sarah Caroline Hancock. She was born about 1826 in Louisa Co Va. in about 1826. She is in the 1850 Todd Co. Ky Census, married to Will Jeffreys. Living close to her is Benjamin and America Hancock. Then in the 1860 Union Co Ky. Census she in Morganfield with her husband, Wm. L. Jeffreys. And living close to her is an America Hancock. But the only person I can find married to an America Hancock is William Hancock. America's children in 1860 were listed as James M. (22) born in Va. and Dabney (14) Ky. I am told that this is also Caroline's mother but we can't make positive connections.
