Kelsey, The Document date of 1852 - do you mean 1752? I note that the recorded date is 1753. Or is this date referring to something else? Why do you think the maiden name would be Watson? Why not the Wilson? I ask since Wilson shows up as a middle name in my Hancock line. This is a guess but I think that Mr. Watson is probably an attorney or official that sworn the signatories of the document in front of a recorder or court clerk, particularly since he also acted as a witness. Deeds were typically prepared by attorneys.
