If any of the names or dates jogs a memory, I will be happy to learn about it. Robert S. Hancock born between 1809 and 1815 in TN, the date varies; the 1850 census from AR shows 1809, but later ones vary. It could be that he was not the one being interviewed in the later ones. In an early census Robert is listed as a carpenter, in a later census he is listed as a farmer. He married Martha, also stated to have been born in TN around 1815 but no maiden name has been found yet, nor is there a date or place of marriage. They had 8 children: 1. Elizabeth 1836 TN m.
