My mother is Doris Hancock, her father was Willie Scott Hancock, and his father is Robert Scott Hancock son of T H Hancock son of John L & Tabitha Ballew. We believe that T H is Thomas because he had a son Thomas but this is not proven. We also think that he did not come to Mississippi until later. He may have stayed in Tennessee and married there.
