I am interested in information pertaining to Hamricks (or Hambricks). My fourth great-grandfather was Benjamin Hamrick, born 1782 Faquier Co. Va. He married Nancy Agness Gregory and fought in the War of 1812. His father was Benjamin Hamrick, born 1755 Prince William Co. Va. He married Nancy McMillen and fought in the Revolution. My question: Who was Benjamin's (born 1755) father? Is there another Benjamin who was his father? Will records mention a Benjamin who married Mary Sias in 1773. Also, I am sure Patrick Hamrick who received a land grant circa 1740 in Prince William Co. is related in some way. Could he be the father?
