Do any of you wonderful researchers know anything about the Mexican-American War? I have 3 relatives who died in Mexico, at Charbrusco and Vera Cruz. There is a wonderful site http://www.dmwv.org/mwvets/roh/.htm that gives the casualties. I found none of our Hamricks listed as casualties. Does anyone know of a source that might give a muster list? My great-greatgrandfather and three of his brothers fought in that War as volenteers from South Carolina. Grandfather Hilton was the only one to return. Being a native Texas, I'm very proud of them and would like to know more about that War. Would appreciate any help.
