My friend and cousin, Patsy Hamrick-Weikart of Fountain Valley, CA, is the librarian-elect of the California Daughters of the American Revolution, having been elected Jan. 1. She will take office in a few weeks. Patsy also is an officer in the Descendants of Washington's Army at Valley Forge.
